Building Inspector

The duties of the building inspector shall be as follows:

1. To be responsible for the enforcement of the International Building Code.
2. To be responsible for the enforcement of the building and zoning codes of the town.
3. To keep, or cause to be kept, a complete record of the new construction in the town.
4. To perform all other duties as may be required by the mayor, council, or by law.
