Code Enforcment Officer

Appointed Code Enforcement Officer:  Doug Barrett (307-660-5222)

Code Enforcement Officer duties as follows:

To issue citations to individuals for the limited purpose of enforcing ordinances, resolutions and regulations in the areas of animal control, parking and municipal code enforcement, including enforcement of zoning and building regulations. The code enforcement officer is empowered to request from the municipal court an order to appear and show cause which shall be issued to any offending party who has been issued a citation. To perform all other duties as may be required by the mayor, Town Council or as required by law.
