BILLING CYCLES & DEADLINES

Bills are sent once a month (twelve bills per year).

 

Water bills are due and payable on the 20th of the month. Bills will be considered delinquent if not paid within 20 days after the bill date. Authorized penalty charges will be assessed on this date. A delinquent notice will be mailed to the customer on or shortly after the 21st day after the bill date. If the bill remains unpaid 30 days after the bill date, the water will be disconnected and a reconnect fee will be assessed.
